Assessor’s Office
You can get the assessed value of a property by calling the assessor’s office in the debtor’s county. The assessed value is just an estimate that will give you a better idea of the actual value.
Registrations for Water Vessels and Aircrafts
If you can prove ownership by the debtor, the court is able to attach both boats and airplanes.
Corporation Registry
The Secretary of State’s Corporate Division (or sometimes another state agency) keeps on record when businesses incorporate. Most states will only provide a small amount of information, but there are some states where you may be able to get information on officers and directors.
