The hallmark of this area economically is affordable business sites to support new business growth. A very diverse and educated pool of employees, a high quality of life. Southwest Florida, like most of Florida attracts a diverse cross section of employers to the area.

Southwest Florida is traversed by Interstate I-75, and is close to Manatee, Tampa Bay, Miami and the Everglades Deep water ports within reasonable striking distance.
