We will come out neither for nor against the entire legalization of Gay Marriage in Florida. As attorneys, however, it has been absolutely fascinating to see the nationwide opinions of the issues around Gay Marriage change and morph over the last few years. To see this volume of change in such a short period of time is nearly unheard of in legal circles.
This week, all clerks across Florida’s 67 counties will be issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples.
For or against, this is a large moment in Florida history.
