Partner and Shareholder Gil Singer has just come back from a few days in New York at the CLLA  (Commercial Law League of America) Fall Commercial Collections Conference.

The conference is an education and networking opportunity.  The meetings are structured to maximize contact with our colleagues from around the U.S., Canada, and abroad.  This meeting attracts an audience of professionals from various aspects of the commercial law arena, all of us with a focus on some area of Commercial Law, and predominantly commercial collections issues.

Bankruptcy Law this year was clearly one of the hottest topics, consuming 4 of the 10 structured meetings.  There was also very interesting break out sessions that help us to understand our customers, and what our customers expect of us.

We look forward to a solid debriefing from Gil.    In addition to all of the interesting content, meeting up with old friends, and creating new relationships, it must have also been interesting being down at ground zero during the aftermath of this last crazy election.

With the constant changes in political and legal pressures on our industry, only the most educated in our industry survive and thrive.   We are deeply committed to continuing education in the field of commercial collections.

Bring in the stories Gil!!
