Go after their assets if the previous steps didn’t produce any results. But before you can go after his assets, you need to know what they are and what his income is. You can ask the court for the debtor to provide a full written disclosure of his income and assets. This is referred to as the Judgment Debtor’s Statement of Assets. When you have that statement, you will have to figure out how to proceed.
